How your personal information is handled on danielakrol.com.
This website is operated by Daniela Krol, an independent artist working as a sole proprietor (osek) based in Tel Aviv, Israel ("the studio", "we", "us"). The studio is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at futurecreatorsclub@gmail.com.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels, or profiling of any kind.
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and image hosting. Stores inquiries, registrations, and bid records. | European Union (Frankfurt) |
| Vercel | Website hosting and content delivery. Processes server logs, including IP addresses. | United States, with EU edge delivery |
| Web3Forms | Email delivery. May be used to forward the contents of an inquiry to the studio's inbox. | United States |
| Google Fonts, Fontshare | Serve the website's typefaces. Receive your IP address when a page loads. | United States and global CDN |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the studio or others.
Some of these providers are outside Israel and the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard, or by the provider's certification under an approved framework.
Records connected to a sale, an offer, or a payment are kept for as long as the relationship is active and then for the period required by Israeli tax and commercial law, currently seven years. Inquiries and messages that do not lead to a sale are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and are deleted sooner if you ask. Registration details for a live sale you did not win are deleted once the event and any follow-up are complete.
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email futurecreatorsclub@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Connections to this site are encrypted with HTTPS. Database access is protected by row level security and limited to the studio. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting an active inquiry or sale will be communicated to you directly where practical.
What this site stores in your browser, and why there is no consent pop-up.
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking. Because of that, no cookie consent banner is required.
The site uses a small amount of strictly necessary browser storage so that a live sale works while you are in it:
| What | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live sale session | Session storage | Keeps you signed in to a Live Salon or auction room while the tab is open, so you do not have to re-enter your details on every action. | Cleared when you close the tab |
| Bid acknowledgement | Local storage | Remembers that you have seen the "a bid is binding" notice, so it is not shown on every bid. | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Notice dismissed | Local storage | Remembers that you dismissed the short storage notice shown at the bottom of the page. | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Hosting | Cookie | Our host may set an essential cookie to route traffic and protect the site. It carries no tracking data. | Session |
Your browser also contacts Google Fonts and Fontshare to load the site's typefaces, and our host to load the pages. These providers receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the site. See the Privacy Policy above for details.
The rules for using this website.
By using danielakrol.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
All artwork, images, text, layout, and design on this site are the property of Daniela Krol and are protected by copyright. Buying a work, whether by inquiry or at auction, transfers ownership of that individual piece as described at the point of sale. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. The artist retains all rights to reproduce, exhibit, and license images of the work.
You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish, or use any content from this site to train machine learning or generative AI systems, without the artist's written permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to the auction rooms or admin areas, submit false information, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Colours shown on a screen are an approximation and may differ from the physical work.
Links to third-party sites, such as Instagram, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email futurecreatorsclub@gmail.com with the details and we will review it promptly.
For works acquired by inquiry. Auction purchases are also covered by the section below.
Prices shown on the site are an indication. Submitting an acquisition request is not a binding offer and does not reserve a work. A sale is formed only when the studio confirms availability and price to you in writing and payment has been received in full.
Prices are in Israeli new shekels (₪) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment is due in full before a work is dispatched, by the method set out on the studio's invoice. The buyer is responsible for any bank or transfer fees.
Unless stated otherwise in the invoice, the price does not include shipping, insurance in transit, or any import duties, VAT, or customs charges due in the destination country. Those are the buyer's responsibility. Once a work is acquired, the studio will contact you to arrange packing and shipping and to confirm the cost.
Ownership of a work passes to the buyer when payment has cleared in full. Risk passes when the work is handed to the carrier.
Each work is a unique piece or part of a small numbered edition, as described at the point of sale. It is supplied at its stated size and finish, signed, with a Certificate of Authenticity. During printing and finishing the artist may refine small details so that each piece is right, so the work delivered may vary very slightly from the image shown on screen. This is a normal part of the medium and is not a defect.
All sales are final once payment has been confirmed. Because each work is made or finished to order as a one of one or a small edition, it is exempt from distance-selling cancellation rights that might otherwise apply. Auction purchases are final and are never subject to a cooling-off period.
This does not affect your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, or mandatory consumer rights in your own country where they apply. If a work arrives damaged, materially not as described, or is not delivered, contact us within 14 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date, with photographs where relevant. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a refund as appropriate. Return shipping for a valid claim is arranged and paid by the studio. A returned work must be sent back in its original packing and condition.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the studio's total liability arising from a sale is limited to the price paid for the work, and the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, or expected appreciation in value.
The studio is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including postal and carrier disruption, strikes, and acts of government.
These terms and any sale are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, except that where you are a consumer with mandatory rights to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, those rights are not affected.
These apply in addition to the Terms of Sale whenever you take part in a live auction.
The Live Salon is by invitation only. Entry requires a passcode shared with you by the studio. The passcode is personal to you and must not be shared. You must register with your real name and a working email address. The studio always sees your name and contact details. Other bidders see only what you choose: your first name and last initial, or an anonymous paddle number.
The highest bid at the close wins, subject to acceptance by the artist. The studio will contact the winner by email or WhatsApp with an invoice. Payment is due in full within five business days of that invoice, by the method stated on it. If payment is not received in time, the sale may be cancelled, the work may be re-offered or sold to the next bidder, and the studio may decline to accept future bids from you.
There is no buyer's premium unless it is clearly stated before the sale. Shipping, insurance, and any taxes or customs charges are handled as set out in the Terms of Sale.
Choosing to bid anonymously only affects what other participants in the room can see. It does not make you anonymous to the studio, which needs your identity to complete a sale and to meet its legal obligations.
If there is a genuine dispute about the state of the room, for example a connection failure at the moment a work closes, the studio will decide the outcome acting reasonably and in good faith, and may re-open bidding for a short period.
