Kaya is a CGI human designed to stand for diversity in fashion and to empower women of all sizes. I created Kaya during the pandemic, driven by the lack of fashion excitement during the COVID-19 lockdowns. I realized that influencers, models, brands, and content creators were unable to meet physically and create content, which led them to wait until the pandemic ended to resume fashion content creation.
In this context, I saw an opportunity to “play with fashion” through Kaya, using her as a virtual alter ego with whom people could resonate. This allowed me to create innovative content and advertise fashion brands without the need for physical meetings. What began as a fashion experiment evolved into a character with her own life, ideas, and beliefs, showcasing the creative, free, and limitless possibilities of CGI models.
Kaya uses her Instagram as a diary to share her journey while exploring the world and human society. She embodies the message of self-love and acceptance, highlighting the challenges of being "different" in today’s society.
Kaya has collaborated with several fashion brands, including Terminal X, Fix, and Bananhot, and has been represented by ITM Models.
